CGT is returning to the Samoter Trade Fair in Verona, from 3 to 7 May 2023, to promote the technologies that are revolutionising and transforming construction sites. Pavilion 12, Stand D3-D4.

The beating heart of the Trade Fair will be the Samoter Lab – a kind of ‘incubator’ of technologies that make construction sites more productive, efficient, safe and sustainable.

This new concept, therefore, ideally embraces all the features of CGT’s market offer, acting with other TESYA Group companies as a reference partner in providing customers with solutions that generate value and sustainability. It is precisely for this reason that we decided to return, after 12 years, with a leading role in the Samoter Lab – a stand of over 300 m2 where customers can discover the technologies and solutions designed for their business and presented in an innovative way – not through a physical display of machines on the stand, but using multimedia installations. A Control Tower station will also be recreated, from which our experts will monitor customers’ connected machines covered by a value-added service agreement (CVA).

Many technologies will also be demonstrated in the ‘Digital Construction Site’, an outdoor demonstration area that will recreate the phases of a real construction site, also featuring some Caterpillar machines. A central role will be played by the 326 Next Generation tracked excavator, which will work without an operator on board, remotely controlled directly from the CGT stand via the ‘Cat Command’ workstation. This is a major innovation that revolutionises safe operations in hazardous environments, eliminating operator risk.
