We provide all our customers with the same in- depth support through comprehensive ongoing analysis of their needs. This led us to investigate how we could meet the perishable goods transportation requirements of a customer by integrating refrigeration units in our truck rental solutions to provide a complete service. As a result, when they approached us on the back of our strong relationship with a rental enquiry for temperature-controlled trucks, we were able to present a complete turnkey proposal, including insurance, maintenance and 24/7 technical support across Europe – all delivered through the single point of contact of our dedicated Customer Care Service. And we could then configure and deliver the vehicles in just 10 days. In supporting their growth, we grew together, developing an increased understanding of market needs and how to meet them.
