In December 2023, CLS, a TESYA Group Company and leading supplier of advanced solutions for material handling and logistics in Italy, signed a binding agreement to acquire all the shares of the company from which Degrocar – the sole distributor of ‘Mitsubishi’ forklift trucks in Italy, with a turnover of €52M in 2022 and a customer base of over 3,500- will transfer its key business assets.
CLS will now distribute Mitsubishi’s electric, diesel and warehouse forklifts in the market, significantly expanding its current offering.

Our objective is to strengthen our position as a market leader in integrated, high-added-value solutions for the improvement of material handling processes.”
