TESYA Group introduces Alayan to the market

The TESYA Group announced the launch of Alayan, a multi-specialist organisation in rental services for companies of all sizes operating in Industry (special applications), Infrastructure and Events.

With a vision oriented towards innovation and sustainability and specialist know-how in different market segments, Alayan integrates the companies of the TESYA Group’s Rental Service Division: the Italian CGTE, the Spanish Emerent and Finanzauto Rental and the new Alayan Emerent Máquinas e Equipamentos, active in Portugal.

Alayan aims to consolidate its leadership role in Southern Europe in the equipment and machinery rental sector through a growth plan for external and internal lines and investments worth €100 million in 2025 alone. Part of the investments is aimed at renewing and integrating the equipment fleet to distribute state-of-the-art machinery on the market, with an average age of less than three years. Alayan also aims to open seven new branches in 2025—three in Italy and four in the Iberian Peninsula—while targeting a turnover of approximately €220 million,  a 20% increase from 2024, consistent with its steady growth trend.

Alayan’s integrated rental solutions are designed for different markets: Building and Construction, Infrastructure (roads, bridges and tunnels), Industry, Major Events, Railways, Ports and Utilities.

In Europe, professional rental is expected to grow by 2.8% in 2025 and 3.6% in 2026, and the business is also expected to expand in Italy, Spain, and Portugal by 2030resulting in an overall CAGR of 6.2% between 2025 and 2034,” said Lino Tedeschi, President and CEO of the TESYA Group. “Alayan was created to innovate the rental sector with a distinctive approach and an international vision. Favouring the rental of machinery and equipment represents a paradigm shift that reduces waste, optimises resources and limits environmental impact”.
