An international training programme for managerial development designed for Middle Managers—the key link between strategy and operations.

The programme aims to develop a new managerial approach and sharpen decision-making. It prepares participants for future challenges by addressing crucial topics such as the evolution of style, organisational change and the ability to inspire and involve one’s team.
