TESYA has obtained the certification issued by Great Place To Work Italy, a company specialised in research, technology, and organisational consulting. For over 40 years, Great Place To Work has been analysing professional environments and people’s experiences, evaluating the opinions and experiences of professionals.
Recognised as a global benchmark for corporate culture, Great Place To Work annually selects over 200 companies that achieve the best results in terms of organisational well-being, including them in the Best Workplaces® ranking.
This year, the ranking includes TESYA Group. TESYA distinguishes itself for its excellent work environment based on the trust that permeates relationships within the organisation, which aligns with the Group’s founding values.
By examining the responses provided by TESYA employees through an anonymous survey to investigate the company climate, Great Place To Work analysts found a strong sense of belonging to the Group, which is higher than in other companies in the sector. Indeed, 85% of the interviewed workforce states that they are proud to say they work in the Group, with 80% of the sample indicating a desire to work at TESYA for a long time.
For 74% of workers, their daily contribution is more than “just a job,” while 86% express a sense of pride in the company’s achievements.
